I only needed one for a project but ended up buying this as I can always find a use for an RGB LED... I have purchased other EDGELEC products and they have seemed to be well packaged and work. These are no exception. So far, not a single dud in the package! They are definitely brighter at higher voltages (as expected), seem to like 5vdc the best but include resistors to use at 12vdc should you need to do so. A bit dim at 3.3vdc but there are use cases for that type of brightness, YMMV. Great value and appear to be durable. I probably have a lifetime supply but if I ever need more, I know where to get them.

I used a solid 12-volt power for the base, ran the power to a bucker to kick it down to 2.2 volts, went through a DPDT pushbutton, installed one of the included resistors on the red leg (the longer of the two) then by pressing the button on the switch, quite readily flip back and forth between red and green.

Very nice LED using as red H green L In logic circuits buffer drives Red inverter drives Green really makes data buss and address buss easier to read any other device output is much easier to understand. Blinking LED’s are the best.
