We needed an extra laptop in the house. I use mine for video editing and VFX. I tied it up most of the time. This PC works terrific.

I understand this item is a refurbished.The function works good so far as Window 11.But that I don’t get the most is, the metal lid has several scratches. :(

Obviously built with low cost bidder components
Absolute junk. Screen hinges broke for a second time in December 2024. 240.00 repair, again. This is a personal laptop, not business and used as such. Done with Dell. (1st review after 4 months of ownership from here on). I've owned this laptop for 118 days. At day 92, I had a processor problem that required a system reset. That same problem is beginning to reappear now. Yesterday, the left screen hinge broke after opening and closing it probably 100 times or less. Dell requires that you box up the laptop ( with all your personal/Financial/Banking/Password information- unless you do a factory reset to erase everything) and send it off to them where they will repair it and send it back. I am not a fan of giving someone the ability to copy my hard drive (which they will do) and possibly have God only knows who, obtain a copy of all my data. They will not offer an ETA on the repaired laptop even if I were to agree to that.I've bought Dell's for 30 years for my entire family. This is an absolute pile of garbage. You get what you pay for. Shame on me, I almost bought a MacBook because of reviews I read- but I saved on price. Now I am paying the "Cost".

hasta ahora, después de un mes y medio de uso, funciona bien. Para el que no sabe de informática debe recordar que todo está configurado para Estados Unidos (si sos de otro país) y el MSoffice 365 dura 5 días su activación.
