I used this . Went for bloodworm weeks later and had very elevated level of this vitamin. I had to stop using it. It's highly loaded, but watch out and know when to stop.

I am vegan and need to supplement daily with B12. This Mason Natural provides 50 mcg, which is plenty. People do not need the high dosages (1,000-2,000 mcg) that other brands supply, since the excess gets flushed down your toilet and is a waste of money. Sometimes, more is not better.

I appreciate that this B-12 isn't flavored or dyed. The dose is too low, though.

After searching around with different brands i ended picking these. They offer good quality and they are also the best value. Easy to use with its small size. Gives a small boost to energy and for the taste, to me not bad. I mix with other supplements so never let them sit for long. Worth the buy.

I haven't found any good benefits or bad by using this supplement. I'll continue to take them and if anything changes, ill ad on.

I never got to use it. But I trust the manufacturer and have used their products before with great satisfaction.

My B-12 level is now in the normal range.
