These are crunchy and not soft like other bars in the market. They are packed with almonds and seeds. I could see pumpkin seeds and chia seeds can't make out what the rest were. They binding agent seems to be whey. I've seen other reviews mentioning a lack of whey, i think most people have a pre conceived notion of how a whey bar should taste and feel. Since this is crunchy it doesn't fit the stereotype of a whey bar. If you're open to trying new things then this is for you. If you prefer the soft stuff with preservatives etc then you should look elsewhere

It's crunchy and great and in taste. But one star less as the size is smaller than I expected. Just one bar will not satisfy the hunger

One of the best whey protein bars . The nutrition content is amazing. The taste is awesome. It contains pure raw cacao . Diabetic friendly bar with no artificial preservatives.Best thing for me is that it is keto friendly and available at a very good price. It is a must buy product.Made from nuts and seeds which completes the diet.

I tried this once and it turned out to be super yummy and amazing. Best healthy snack. I eat it after gym. Go for it without thinking twice.PS - I ate one before clicking the pic coz it was super worth a try.

The seller needs to update the nutrition list. I wouldn't have purchased this product had I known about this. Prouct image shows 122 kcal and 14 g protein and the actual packaging has 169 kcal and 8.05 g protein which is a vast difference

It may taste bland as it doesn't contain added sugar. Health enthusiasts definitely should go for this.
