This pillow has been a neck/back/ life saver. I work in OR and work on my computer too to do patient report . So constantly being hunched over I have gotten a lot of pain due to a nerve pinch that make my shoulder blade and lower part of my neck hurts . I bought this neck pillow to see if it would help because the pain! I used the pillow as instructed for 10-20 mins a day after work to rest and it gave my neck the perfect stretch to get rid of any pain or discomfort I was feeling. I love the size and it’s super light and comfortable. This pillow is breathable and soft, it’s super cool and I love that it has a magnetic pillow case that I can take off to wash. This is a great pillow for any neck pain and I would definitely recommend since it’s worked great for me, very comfortable and I am now pain free!! Its easy to clean also. I recommended it to my friend too.

I've had severe back and neck pain for about three or four years now. (Recently did an MRI, turns out I have a degenerating disc lol). But in that time I've done back and neck stretches, saw a chiropractor, exercises, taken strong prescription pain medication, muscle spasm medications, and nothing has worked. So when I used this neck stretcher, I was shocked that I actually noticed a positive difference. The first time I used it wasn't necessarily mind blowing, but I did feel a good stretch and it felt nice. But after about three or four days of use, there was a noticeable difference in the overall pain and strain I felt in my neck throughout the day. I've been using it for over a month now. Because it turns out that I have a medical condition, it obviously didn't solve the problem completely. But it absolutely helps me just get through the day with less pain and allowing me to move my neck around. I'm really grateful for this product for that.

Good quality product that is comfortable for use on your neck for a while! I like the slight neck stretch and it seems to help with my stiff neck from arthritis. However, after about 8 minutes or so, I have to take it away because it gets very hard under my head. I can't use the reverse side at all with the deeper stretch. About 10 minutes is recommended, so I think it does the job and may help a lot of people, but don't be expecting to lay on it on the floor while watching TV for hours! Works pretty well for what it is supposed to do.

This this is AMAZING! I suffer from a bulging disk in my neck and often find my neck and shoulders sore and stiff by the end of the day. This nearly always leads to a waking up with headaches. I purchased this with little hope of any real relief. I was pleasantly surprised to find that with 10-15 min of use before bed nightly, not only was I less stiff, I have been sleeping more comfortably and waking up with far fewer headaches and shoulder pain. In addition to actually working, its also small and easy to store or take with you on the go. Perfect for people working on computers all day or that spend a great deal of time driving. I can not recommend this enough for anyone needed a little relief from neck and shoulder pain.

Really feel a good stretch can give you a slight headache at first if you aren’t use to it but stay consistent

I ordered this product due to slight neck stiffness from working at a desk all day and leaning forward while looking at my computer screen. When I first used this neck stretcher, I immediately felt the stretch in my neck. It can feel a bit strange at first as this isn't an area of your body that is normally stretched, but I absolutely feel relief after using the stretcher and prolonged relief after I'm done. Very easy to use for 5-10 minutes in the morning and or evening most days. The cover is odorless and still has no odor after months of use. For anyone with a stiff neck that is from working at a desk and leaning forward all day, I'd definitely recommend this product as it has helped relieve my stiff neck.

I bought 2-for myself & my son. I visit a chiropractor so this relaxer has a lighter stretch than my posture pump at the office, from either side of the relaxer. But after a 10 minute stretch I can still feel lighter & relaxed whatever side I use. My son definitely felt the stretch & he does not go to a chiropractor. He has some TMJ so I'm hoping it gives him some relief. I haven't heard anything about that yet. This is a good choice if you want some neck relief & the price point is very affordable!
