I have using this for now 1.5 months. We have been using it daily for least once for aataa kneading. It works great. It indeed has metal gears with metal locks. It is compact and fits well in our small kitchen. For 0 to 2 speed we need aataa For 3 to 8 It for wisking. The attachment is of metal and the locks are also metals. But we should not place It in dish washer. Geate product.

My iBell mixer is severely defective. It makes loud, grinding noises and shakes violently side-to-side when mixing dough, sounding like it is about to break. After a few minutes, the motor goes erratic and changes speeds randomly. Despite being under warranty, Ibell customer care is completely ignoring my messages on WhatsApp and calls. This is unacceptable.
