The media could not be loaded. The tone is lower, not "tinkly". Takes a decent wind to chime which is good because it doesn't become annoying. It's been in several intense storms already and the metal looks good and has held up.

This wind chime makes a nice low tone that is very calming.

This is t like a normal chrome which is one reason I purchased it. My mom loves the sounds. I do feel it is good quality.

These products had been opened and used the chain was broken. Inside the bell housing had been tied together with a pair of wire pliers. When I order something, I expect new items. Not used. I am very disappointed with this order

Nice tone / sound and feels thick and sturdy, BUT as others have said, it does take a strong wind to produce sound. However, the biggest BUT: it is NOT assembled. I have small hands so thought it would be fine: ha. You can't have even a small hand inside at the same time as the gong so you literally have to take it apart more in order to assemble (you will most likely need pliers). Had this bell wind chime come assembled I would have given it 5 stars and recommend it as a gift; you can't gift people a pain in the neck. However, if you assemble it first then you could for sure gift it. All of that said, I would buy it again, but now I know what I am in for and wouldn't struggle with it for a half hour before taking it apart further to more easily assemble.

I now own four of these lovely bells. They sound so relaxing on a windy day! They are heavy-duty and easy to install on a trellis or a porch.
