Was very skeptical trying these but had to stop my nutrifol bc they were way too expensive and was searching for a cheaper alternative and the reviews on these seemed good. I’m still a bit skeptical to be honest as they only really have a few ingredients but I’ve taken them now for a month and my hair is way healthier, shinier and fuller feeling than it was when I was taking nutrifol. Less shedding and my hair has grown very quickly especially in the last couple weeks. I’ve just ordered a 2 month supply and will hope it continues. So far highly recommended! I also make a fresh rosemary tea every week and put it in a spray bottle and spritz daily. The combo seems to be a winner

Even though it’s too early to review the vitamins itself, the seller was great. Quick delivery, no issues. As for the vitamins, they are easy to swallow, no bigger than for instance a Cetrum one. I do feel more energetic, have not experienced any side effects and seems to be good value for the money spent

I'm not sure whether they actually work or I just believe they do... But they haven't done any harm... The capsules are quite large and have a really weird taste which makes me feel sick whilst taking them. Wouldn't say it has helped my energy levels at all but my hair is growing well and looks great Bit pricey for how many you get.

UPDATE: The seller reached out and offered me a refund since I can't take these supplements. If you have hyperthyroidism, consult with your doctor, as the iodine can lead to higher T hormone production, which can be bad for those with HYPERthyroidism. I will say, this seller cares about it's customers and is very professional and compassionate. I'm writing a review just to point out that the iodine content doesn't actually help EVERYONE with thyroid issues. For hyperthyroidism (the one that mainly causes hair loss), synthetic iodine can disrupt your thyroid even further, causing it to product more T levels, which is the opposite of what you want. I'm only doing 3 stars and not 1 because it has helped my sister in law with her hair loss which is not androgenetic. I'll be giving these to her as I can't take them.

I have been taking the JS Health hair and energy vitamins every day since May of 2018. This is my second review, because after more than a year of consistent supplementation, my hair has never been healthier, thicker, longer, or more luscious. The actual texture of my hair follicles are healthier. It used to grow a half inch per month if I was lucky, like the average person, and I was only ever doing micro trims because I wanted to maintain length. Now, I get a couple inches lobbed off every few months and my hair only seems to grow FASTER. My stylist says that it blows her away, because every time I come in, it’s as if we never took off any length the last time. Mermaid hair all the time! I’m always plucking my eyebrows now, which, WHATEVER. Fine by me! I generally use caffeine recreationally anyhow (meaning I can take or leave it, I just enjoy the boost) but the steadiness of energy and the ZING with which I wake up each morning before sunrise to begin my day is PALPABLE. The evolution of my eyelashes, though, is perhaps the most impactful benefit of these vitamins (save for extremely fast-growing locks). The organic salon where I have my hair done also offers lash extensions. Last visit, one of the salon staff complimented my lash extensions (assuming I’d been there for a lash service). My stylist said, “those are her natural lashes!!! We just did her hair!” This is the same stylist who told me, many months ago, that she couldn’t even give me extensions that were longer than my natural lashes with mascara. What’s the one common factor? These vitamins. They’re not loaded with fillers and unnecessary ingredients. They provide a big bang for your buck that many could easily overlook: fewer ingredients, but a THERAPEUTIC dose of those ethically-sourced, expertly-chosen ingredients. I have tried soooo many skin, hair, & nail supplements - they all suck and almost every one of them includes biotin which makes me break out like crazyyyy. These use different ingredients that actually work. I am super acne-prone and had absolutely no issues. A miracle! I've been taking it about 3.5 months now, and I wish I had a "before" picture, but I had chin-length hair in the spring and it's this full/long already with the help of JSHealth! I've seen so many influencers post about these and had my skepticism, but take it from me that these ACTUALLY work!!

I don’t usually write reviews and I don’t think I’ve ever refilled a supplement but I truly think this one works! My hair loss has been bad over the last year and it’s greatly lessened since being consistent with this one and I only take 1 a day. I’ve also noticed a different in my lashes!
