Please do not get me wrong this Bag is really great, but there are lot of inconsistency. Take for an instance I just love how all outer chains can be operated single handedly, but the way the chain are stitched to the bag shell are already coming off. Then I love the way Bag looks, it's exactly as seen in listed pictures but taking a closer look at the physical bag it reveals the the bag is stitched bit off centered, so keeping the Bag straight the front looks a bit tilted.These are a just a few, overall my point is this Bag easily has potential to go against like of international Luxury Bag manufacturers given the fact that manufacturer- Harisson take a serious note on Attention to details.

Bag is very nice, spacious and comfortable to carry. Bag inside design also very nice, lots of pockets and chain locks are there. You can keep your documentsand other things separately. Best for those who travel frequently.

It's a very good and sturdy bag with all the equipment's to make your travel easy, the only thing I dont like is the size of this bag, if you are a frequent traveler from Mumbai Local or any public transport the bag is little bit big in dimension some times I bothered if I lost my bag in the rush of Mumbai Local.Second point I want to add, there is misinformation which was given on their product page which stated that it has a anti theft compartment on both website like Amazon and Harissons webpage, I sent an email to their customer support asking where is the anti theft compartment is located and I got reply from their team which stated that there is no anti theft compartment is available in the bag thn I shared the screen-shot to them, after that they have removed the line from both the websites.

The shape of the bag looks OK, insides are done well. The material looks a bit shiny, like it's made of some plasticky sheet... It seems like it's made in a sturdy way, but not in a very delicate and precise way. It looks as if it's made in a rough and basic factory that makes much rougher and bigger products.But the biggest problem is that the main shoulder handles are made completely wrong! If you look at all other bags, the shoulder handles are made for shoulders that are at a higher level close to the neck and gradually go down towards the arms. These handles are made for shoulders that are lower at the neck and go at very steep 45 degrees angle UP towards the arms!So, obviously, the edge of the shoulder handles that is closer to the neck goes sharp into your shoulders, whereas the rest of the handles don't even touch your shoulders. It makes the bag highly uncomfortable to carry. Not to say that this makes you look ridiculous, as if you have wings when you're carrying this bag (the shoulder handles are really wide, so they stretch up as they go further away from your neck)...It's a design issue, so hopefully they can correct it. Bag isn't bad apart from the shoulder handles, being shiny and a bit roughly made.

A good quality product in this price.

I brought bag with hoping best from the company. All zippers start rusting with in a week usage. When complained to the Manufacturer. They said to mail and whatsapp the images to resolve. After sevaral follow ups and calls. final answer from the Harisson is even though product is in warranty they won't repair or replace. Only customer has pay whatever the charges they say. As a complimentary they send the company outlet address.My suggestion is better go with branded product atleast they have image to loose.

Yes, You can see the place of Harissons - Vervo. It's not only bag, it's a charm of travelling as it can give you the best comfort with a lot of storage.During sale, I bought it in approx 2000 bucks. A slight higher in price, but one can efford it for use of years!Thanks Harissons for Such a gentle lovely product! 🤝
