TFTcenter NT156WHM-T03 V8.0 V8.1 LCD LED OnCell Touch Screen Replacement for Laptop 40Pins HD 1366x768 Display(Only for NT156WHM T03 not for Others) with Tape

I dropped my HP Envy touchscreen on it's corner and voila! A $1k paperweight. Grabbing the HD wasn't a problem, but I really wanted to just fix the thing. First, I have ZERO experience doing something like this--I can pop chips in and out of cases, but screens? Nope. I pulled up a Youtube video specific to my brand--a guy did a walkthrough (thankfully. PLEASE get online and get a video before you try this)--tips and tricks...easy peasy. Screen came wrapped with foam protective strip against the glass that was already covered with the removable sheet of cling plastic---that was wrapped in two pieces of rigid cardboard, which was then wrapped with what seemed like an entire roll of bubble wrap! It was PRISTINE when it arrived. There is a bag of tools with this screen, along with the two strips of double sided tape (and if you watch the vids of how to get these screens off...you'll know you need to PULL THEM to get the screen away from the lid). Everything I needed right there. A simple piece of paper that showed how to plug in to the connector of the computer....powered on to test.....and it was PERFECT. put the two tabs of double sided tape in the inside of the lid, pressed the screen gently to the tape, pressed around the edges to re set the plastic pins---put the bezel back on---and the screen was fixed within 20 minutes. The color and resolution of this screen seems even clearer and better than the original screen I broke. I didn't need to calibrate it---it has worked like a dream, looks like a dream and acts like a dream ever since I bought it. WORTH EVERY DIME---and it's so easy to install, even a computer fixing illiterate like me did it with a youtube video and this replacement system.

First of all great packaging. I have purchased multiple screens and never have they been packaged this well. There is bubble wrap for days! The screen comes with everything you need to properly replace the screen. I'm not sure about the resolution as I never saw the original screen turned on, but the touch works.
