This is the smallest of our handmade Anatomical Heart designs, but we have certainly not held back on the details while we carefully carved the original in wax! We have also hung this off a much thinner chain than we usually do in order to complement the small elegant heart. The heart charm is hand cast in lead free pewter, and we have oxidized it to fill in the details and then polished it by hand. We end with a final buff in a tumbler. The heart has an approx. length of 2/3 inches (17 mm) and weighs approx. 4 grams.
