I not only love the price but the potency and size is great. Small slim and easy to swallow with no taste. Saw my dr today and saw they helped my hormone levels a LOT. I have PCOS and it’s been a struggle but these are great!

I've been using DIM for almost 2 years to naturally increase my estrogen levels. I've used many different brands of DIM. These all seem to provide the same result..I would recommend for any woman going through menopause or women that have PCOS.

Purchased these by recommendation of my doctor. Well packaged and quality item. The capsules are average size and easy to swallow. There is no aftertaste.

Granted this is my fault for buying it; however, this DIM uses one of the more trickster-type labels I've encountered over the past decades. I purchased this believing it was a wonderful deal, that it contained 350mg of DIM per serving. Upon receiving it, my eyes automatically went to the label (which is available online, I know...) and was immediately disappointed that no, it doesn't contain 350mg of DIM per serving. Rather, it contains 350mg of a blend (assuming it's proprietary as the breakdown isn't listed) of DIM, broccoli, & kale. So, I feel ripped off; yet I'm the one who did it. I'd not purchase it again, but for what it is, it, as well as Carlyle, are excellent.
