Inconsistent quality; Never order thru Amazon Fresh
Very inconsistent quality. Most of the times everything is fine but once in a while the quality is pathetic.Faced 2 disasters so far - Recently ordered through Amazon Fresh and the beans were pathetic - Stale, no aroma and no crema in espresso. I'm throwing away that pack.Another pack a year ago was a disaster - Didn't get properly ground i.e. there were small nuggets; Aroma was weak, though the packaging was just a month old. And made a disappointing cup of espresso - No body, weak flavour and no crema.

INCONSUMABLE - Expired beans - Dear seller, pls refund.
INCONSUMABLE - Completely expired beans - no smell or taste. I bought looking at the claim its all Arabica. Its not just that the roasting looked uneven, when i brewed it had even no taste - sour and no flavour - threw the brew away. I have bought it the first time. This seller is basically selling at high price, maybe 3 or 4 out of 5 maybe good, and the bad batch is his profit - you can source expired worthless beans easily. Hoping for a refund.

Wow in taste
It's taste is amazing. Aroma is Superb.Once you switch to this coffee, there no going back to instant coffee powder.It's basically beans grounded to powder, like filter coffee. Take time to prepare. But worth it.

Bad grind size (too fine)
Disappointed. The roast seems good but is so finely ground that it makes the machine hardly able to push out the coffee brew. Not to mention the sludge at the bottom of the carafe. Beans are probably good but the powder grind is a disaster. Have to make this in a filter/french press. A must avoid if using a machine

Better packaging needed!
Great tasting coffee.Deserved 5 stars but lost one for the packaging.It arrived on a hot day and the sealed packet had blown up like an air pillow or hot air balloon!Not ideal for the coffee.Also, having bought this numerous times in various sizes - kilo & half kilo - the resealable packetsdon't stay sealed. I had to use bull-dog clips to keep the packaging closed.You need better packaging for such a good coffee!I would also recommend VACUUM PACKING your coffee!
