Peruvian Seabird Guano: In the wild, hermit crabs would have access to a variety of animal droppings, especially from seabirds. Guano provides nutrients in a more readily available form for nutrient uptake to hermit crabs. Our seabird guano is eco-friendly and sourced from a certified disease free peruvian seabird flock. Indonesian Bat Guano: In the wild, many species of land hermit crabs are native to Indonesia. Why not offer them something from their native environment? This guano is hand harvested from an area that is crawling with native crabs that love to feast on it. It is then steamed to ensure any unwanted bacteria is killed. This guano is in powdered form.Worm Castings: Similar to various guanos, worm castings offer nutrients in a more readily available form for nutrient uptake by hermit crabs. Hermit crabs love it! Serving size for all products is 1/4 tsp per three crabs--although, if you are offering multiple foods at once, you can likely use less. **Please note, all of these items are potential allergens.
