Men's 3/8" 3 Pack Leg Length Discrepancy Heel Lift

These are great. I was able to select the lift size, which was helpful although I did have to trim them for my shoe since these are made for men and I wear a women's size 7. I like that you get a few int he pack so I was able to insert in a few different pairs of shoes without needing to change them from shoe to shoe. My doctor actually recommended these for me, and I am very glad he did. They have held up over time and are very comfortable without any collapse or braking down over time (I was told that the foam ones will break down and not provide long term support). I definitely recommend.

Fast shipping! Product works great for my son. He says it feels comfortable in his shoes. He also says he feels better when he is walking. My son was born with a club foot. As he is growing the affected leg is shorter. He is in middle school so his slight limp was bothering him. He doesn't walk with a limp anymore. Thank you!

By posting a review here using my real name, I've now obviously outed myself as a different-legged freak. If I were female, my name might be "Ilene" (I-lean). But for the sake of my fellow different-legged freaks, I couldn't NOT post a review. These "Leg Length Discrepancy" lifts seem to work great. My chiropractor gave me one to try that was made of the same material, but I could get this 3-pack for less than he charged me for one. These lifts are wide enough they stay in place in a normal width men's shoe. The only knock I have is they aren't as long as they are in the picture. The extra length would be nice, but doesn't seem to affect performance much.

If you need a heel lift, these are inexpensive and work great. Because they are rubber, they are comfortable and don't slide around. You can drop it into the shoe or put it under the shoe's insole.

I bought this for the price and saw good reviews. i would say my experience has been just OK. They work for certain shoes and do what they are meant to. Unfortunately for most shoes they slid forward toward the arch which is annoying since i have to keep repositioning it. I bought the "Clearly Adjustable" brand type and although they are more expensive, they are MUCH BETTER product. No sliding, longer in shoe with gradual decrease in angle decline. This product is good for standing but not much walking. If you plan to walk alot in a lift i would go with "Clearly Adjustable".

I've had lower back pain ever since I was a teenager (about 20 years). I had visited a few chiropractors over the years, none of which really did anything that helped long term. When I moved to the Pacific Northwest, I decided to try yet any chiropractor, as my pain had only increased. He found the problem! An x-ray of my hips showed that I had a birth defect, where one leg was 1/2" longer than the other. As a result, my hips were constantly unbalanced, leading to discomfort in my lower back. I went straight home and found this product.I'm not going to lie, the first few weeks of using one of these were actually pretty uncomfortable. I think this is because my back and hip muscles weren't used to this new positioning, so they were going through an adjustment phase. After a few weeks, though, that pain subsided and I have literally had zero lower back pain since. This completely surpassed my expectations! If you have the same problem I do, this may be the answer to your prayers! I don't leave home without one.

I have a short leg and if I don't wear a heel lift under my right heel the right leg ends up being short and I get pain in the right side of my lower back. When I wear the lift the pain goes away. I have saved hundreds of dollars this way by not having to go to the chiropractor as much. I had one chiro tell me if I would wear a heel lift it would take my pain away by balancing out my pelvis and he was right.
