Breville BKE845BRT Smart Kettle Luxe Water Heater, 7 Cup, Black Truffle

We have two coffee machine at home, but my son is a tea aficionado and buys many brands and blends. Some of these exotic teas have different “steeping” temperatures, and with this kettle you can select the water temperature and it will be correct when you pour the water into your teapot or teacup.This kettle is so well designed and robustly fabricated that it should last for years. Only time will tell. Highly recommended.

Good design and nice range of temperatures to accommodate Tea and coffee drinkers alike. Filled it may be a little heavy for some. The lid is quiet and operates smoothly .Definitely a purchase that will have longevity if cared for as suggested.

I have so many Breville products that I call myself a Breville girl. This is the first time I’ve made a comment that I’m on the fence about when it comesthis company. I was also on the fence whether to return this or not. I love the appearance. I love the idea behind it, having a tea pot. But I’m a little disappointed that on the warming setting will only last for 20 minutes. I feel like you should have other options like an hour who wants to keep having to turn it back on and warm again ever 20 minutes.I am in love with the stainless steel complete appearance. It’s absolutely beautiful.

This kettle has a new design and seems slightly larger and heavier than previous design. The handle is close to the kettle's body, which might be a concern for people with large hands when it gets hot. Its smooth, curved design adds a great atmosphere to the kitchen.

It works good the color is great. I love how quickly the water boils, and I like all the different temperature settings. Lid opens slowly, I am not sure why. The weight is lightly and it’s very easy of use.

Nothing I can say much other than it works great and looks sharp

The media could not be loaded. The tea kettle I purchased began to malfunction after less than 4 months. Normally I am a huge Breville fan and have purchase many Breville appliances over the years as I have always counted on the quality of their products. Super unhappy that they have been non responsive after they communicated that I would get a replacement. I had to send in a video to document the problem and then send in my purchase invoice and now nothing—no response to my inquiries and no replacement. I’m beyond disappointed as I use my tea kettle multiple times a day and have bought these as gifts. It has been over a month since I started this process—I expected so much more from a company I used to consider one of the best. I was happy to spend the extra money because of the reputation for quality—I will be looking elsewhere next time.

Changed the way we drink tea! Super easy to operate and heats quickly and has several temp settings. Easy to operate and reliable to date. Great value for the money!
