EXCELLENT price point. (When I purchased it was > $.50 per serving)GOOD protein/calorie ratio.DECENT taste. (I chose the vanilla wafer flavor and added a bit of ground cinnamon. Became very enjoyable for me)INCLUDES 3g of creatine per serving which can reinforce your supplementation or for those who lack in their standard diet.POOR blending/mixing with both milk or water. (The inability to dissolve this in a solvent may be attributed to my use of a shaker bottle. I did not try a blender to process because I am on the move and may not care as much as others regarding texture/consistency)OVERALL, in my experience relative to factors important to me, this is a solid choice and a great value if you can move past it's solvency.

Mixes well and is a pretty good deal compared to other 10lb bags available on here.

My go to protein powder. Tastes great and blends nicely. Having creatine added is convenient. Ronnie’s products are top notch!

I have ordered this product two different times, two different flavors. Both times I expected to get the protein with creatine and betaine, both times I received a product that had neither ingredient, or the bcaa's listed. At this point, it feels like a bait and switch.
