Very Effective Thickening Agent That Does Not Alter Taste
I've only used this stuff once so far, but wow! I follow a Keto diet so flour and corn starch are thickening agents I no longer use, but I really missed my sauces having some body, and heavy whipping cream and cream cheese only get you so far and they can change the taste of the dish. This product does not change the taste, and it does a beautiful job of thickening. Warning though, a little is all you need, I'm talking 1/2 tsp for a pot of soup, start with a small amount, you can always add more. Highly recommend!!

Great Product, Great Service!
This product was called for in a keto recipe for chocolate chip cookies. They turned out wonderfully! Although the Konjac gum was expensive, it was well worth it! The konjac gum worked exactly as it was supposed to, adding to the chewiness of ordinary choc chip cookies! Great service provided by the seller. The product arrived even ahead of expected time too!

Simply Amazing!!!
It's a bit pricey yes but it's worth every cent. Had no issues with this brand and definitely purchasing again. They said 1Tbsp per quart but that depends what's in the liquid so be careful not to add to much. Best added when using a blender unless you arm is savage fast!

Works fine
I use it in Trim Healthy Mama recipes to help thicken shakes. It seems to work and doesn't taste bad. It seems a little expensive to me, but most health foods seem expensive to me.

High quality gum.
High quality gum way better than the other one i have. Love it . I will be buying more things from this company as they have a lot of ingredients I want. If you want high quality kosher ingredients than this is your place to go, can’t go wrong.

It works as a substitute for corn starch well.
I was hoping to purchase gluconnommon. But it seemed like my options were few with Amazon. Howe, the item I ordered was good, it wasn’t as much as I’d hoped for the price. It is good though. Works great!

Great thickener for Keto!!
I’ve used this so far to thicken Hungarian Mushroom soup and the gravy for our Thanksgiving meal. Both had great flavor and were very simple to use and control during the cooking process.

They don't give much info on front of package for a reason
I got this based on reviews. I was hoping to find an alternative to flour when making gravy. When I got this I turned over the package and it is Calories 350. I ended up using my regular flour. Then I tried to return (I didn't open the package) and they don't accept returns. Beware. I'm out $10. I'm going to throw it away.
