Weather proofing.....seals leakages....need to wait n see for performance
To stop leakages in the corners and door closures in the balcony. Useful.

Worst product. Don't buy.
The product not working. The adhesive is dry & not coming out. It should not be given even one star. I suggest Amazon not to sell these types of products. My total money lost.

Its ok.
Its easy (and only possible) to apply with a gun. However, it is not suited to areas that require regular cleaning i.e. bathrooms etc. With cleaning products and scrubbing the silicone sealant will come off. If you require it for doors, windows etc., it will work well.
