So beautiful!!
This is the coolest color of filament I have ever seen!!! I thought it would be impossible to create that effect in the photos but it looks even better! It’s a smooth gradient of the colors and the filament quality is excellent. No issues printing at all!

Very cool filament
This filament could make a very cool Nintendo 64 logo. It's a silk PLA, so everything about silk PLAs will apply regarding your prints. That said, it's very cool to see the colors slightly shift. I was hoping for a stronger chameleon effect, but that's on my expectations not being realistic. It still made awesome-looking prints. The layer lines were a bit more pronounced than I would've wanted, but that's also nothing a bit of smoothing can't fix. Definitely will get again.

Great color and prints well
Great looking filament and very size stable. I used this to print a bunch of fidgets for nieces and nephews for Christmas. All the moving pieces worked fantasticly right away. Other filaments had to be broke free and worked in the move freely. Printed with Bambu A1. Cardboard roll fit on the AMS lite well with zero issues.

Amazing
It is just PLA silk, but it lives up to its beauty. You need to know your printer very well to get the most out of it, but it is exceptional on prints. The one downside is you don't know the variation you'll get, and to help lock the color in properly don't print multiple objects on your plate. I had to print an item 5 times to get the color band I wanted, but it was worth every penny, the promo's I gave out made up for the business.

A Frustrating Mess – Stringy, Inconsistent, and Poor Color Quality
I had high hopes for the OVV3D Matte Tri-Color Rainbow PLA, but it turned out to be the single worst filament I’ve ever used. Right from the first layer, it was clear this was going to be a struggle. The filament is incredibly stringy, leaving fine plastic wisps all over the print that are a nightmare to clean up. No matter how much I adjusted my retraction settings or lowered the temperature, the oozing never stopped. It’s a mess that ruins the surface finish of even the simplest models. The print quality itself is just as disappointing. I experienced constant issues with clogging and uneven extrusion, which led to weak layer bonding and several failed prints halfway through. For a filament marketed as "easy to print" with stable diameter tolerances, it performed very poorly. It seems to be extremely sensitive to environmental conditions, and even after drying it out, the performance didn't improve. It’s simply not a reliable material for anyone wanting a smooth, "set it and forget it" printing experience. Perhaps the biggest letdown was the color. The "Matte Rainbow" effect I was expecting was completely absent. Instead of a vibrant, gentle transition between colors, the shades looked dull, muddy, and darker than advertised. The tri-color blending didn't happen as promised; it mostly just looked like a dirty, inconsistent gray-ish mess on my final pieces. It lacks the "dream-like" quality shown in the marketing photos and looks very cheap once finished. I am giving this one star because it is practically unusable. Between the constant stringing, the mechanical failures, and the ugly color output, it was a total waste of money and time. If you’re looking for a high-quality matte or multicolor filament, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. This roll is going straight into the trash, and I won't be buying from OVV3D again.

Love this filament quality
The matte tri color rainbow filament is the bomb fr. I love it. It’s so satisfying to look at, and feel. The quality is superb

Prints great, but colors are much darker than advertised in normal light
Tip: Always dry your filament before using! My full review is listed under the pros and cons. Pros: - Great adhesion - Interesting color effects - Very shiny - Easy to print - Spools nicely wound Cons: - Colors not as advertised - Occasional gaps in prints - Occasional color shifts - Pricey compared to other filaments --Print quality-- I printed these sample spools on my Prusa Mini+ with a PEI bed and the adhesion was great. I printed at 220C with the default settings in PrusaSlicer and the prints came out very shiny with little to no stringing (after drying). The spools are wound very nicely (better than Atomic Filaments, but not quite as perfectly as Prusament), but they don't fit on the spool holder that came with my printer. I ended up laying the spool flat and the printer had no problem pulling filament without tangling. I did hear quite a few popping noises while printing, and upon inspection I found some gaps in my prints. I do expect pops with wet filament, but I dried it down to 14% humidity so I don't see why it would still be wet. The gaps weren't very noticeable in my prints, but this could be a concern for you if you're looking for perfection. One of my prints had a few layers where the colors moved--ie, if red was on top, it switched to yellow for a few layers, then went back to red. This disrupted the rainbow effect on the print, but thankfully it only lasted for a few layers. I didn't expect this due to how nicely the spool was wound, so I'm not sure what happened there. Again, this might be an issue for you if you're looking for perfection, but it didn't bother me too much. --Colors-- My biggest gripe is with the colors. They're darker than what's advertised. I have no doubt that the colors are stunning in bright, natural light, but they simply aren't the same as what you see in the pictures, regardless of how your monitor is calibrated. The colors look much darker when viewed in indoor light (even when it's bright/by a window), and some of the colors look muddy, especially the tricolors. The dual colors look pretty good, but they're still dark. If you're expecting to receive the exact colors listed in the photo, look elsewhere. But if you don't mind darker shades, this might be perfect for you. --Value-- I bought this at $35 for 4x200g of filament. That's $0.044 per gram. Prusament is $30 for 1kg, or $0.03 per gram. Atomic Filament is $30-$35 for 1kg, or $0.03-0.035 per gram. As you can see, this filament is more expensive than both of those high-quality filaments. I'd say that the OVV3D filament is good, but Atomic and Prusament are great, so in the future I'd rather buy from them than get another sample pack from this brand. The benefit of buying this particular pack is that you get four colors instead of one, which is why I bought it in the first place. I wanted to try a few different colors before committing to a full spool. I'm glad I did so, because the colors aren't what I need for bigger projects, and I don't plan on buying them again. All in all, a good printing experience, but not my favorite final result.

Absolutely beautiful color changes.

Overall, a nice filament. The reason I am giving 4-stars is due to colour, not performance. The colour is definitely more dull, not as vibrant, then what's shown in the advetisement photos. I made a 13" dragon and unfortunately that wasn't big enough to fully go through the rainbow colours. Next time I will be looking for a filament that changes colour more frequently then this one. I used this in my Bambu P2S AMS Pro with zero issue. This filament has a slow print speed, so just make sure you adjust the speed accordingly otherwise you probably will have problems.
