I love this lotion. It even softens feet.Ive been using it on my arms, legs and feet at night. I have skin on my toes that is quite hard to keep moisturized.It is a bit thick and painful if it gets dry, so every night before bed, I wipe them with a wet cloth and rub this on them. By morning they are soft and smooth.Also works on rough heel skin. I like this size bottle because it isn’t too big or small. Fits perfectly on my nightstand. It contains other ingredients that aren’t on the regular Cetaphil lotion tub (which I also use) which is why I think it’s effective on rougher skinHighly recommend many times over! You won’t be disappointed
