The others were too hard and made my 4 month old cry because he bites too hard.Once I gave this one, he had no problems biting on it as the nipple design is soft and hollow so it allows for easy chewing. The design is great too - so simple and it allows baby to hold it easily. The only teether I would recommend right now if your baby is new to teething and is just figuring it out.If I bought this in the first place I could have saved myself having to deal with extreme weeping drool rash right.Easy to clean - as instructions state boil 3-5 mins to sterilize. Freezer and dishwasher safe.
