I really like this paracord. Especially the small knife/fire starter and compass. These come in handy if your lost in the forest or if you just need to slice something opened and you don't have a knife. The paracord material is made well. This will fit small to medium size wrists. This feels comfortable on my wrist. I am pleased with my purchase.

Returned it, doesn’t look good looking and kinda dangerous near my veins. Plus i have to remove it when i go to different buildings thats says no weapons allowed
