I picked up Biotics Research Beta‑Plus to help with heavy meals, and it’s been a great addition to my routine. First off, I had my gallbladder out years ago and have a lot of stomach issues after my surgery. NEVER have your gallbladder removed! This product has been a game changer for me. Less stomach issues, it helps settle my stomach a lot. I have less stomach pain too. Just 1 tablet a day has helped me. When I eat foods that might give me a problem, I take another pill after my meal. I have only been on this for about a few weeks now and it's a massive difference. We buy this product on subscription because it's one of the few things that works for my daughter. She had to have her gall bladder removed and she also has to be careful of what she eats. She takes these supplements right before she eats her meals and it truly has done wonders for her to be able to eat without feeling sick or having to deal with pain in her stomach like before. She came across this over a year ago and she takes this daily without having side effects that medication can sometimes do. Her gut health has improved and she less bloating and it doesn't taste bad. Again she does always takes this right before she eats her meals for the day.

If you've had your gallbladder removed and you are having difficulty finding foods to eat. Then I believe this can help you! I had emergency surgery and there was no saving my gallbladder. I had such a terrible time figuring out what to eat. It was frustrating and tiring. I was never satisfied, I got to the point where I hated hunger pains because I had to put food in my body. There wasn't anything fun with that chore!! I was given fiber to "regulate" me. It just aided in one extreme to another. I tried so many things and read so much information about gallbladder removal, nutrition, downloaded apps, and tried to monitor my fat and fiber intake. It was getting exhausting! I love these. Ever since my gallbladder was removed 20+ years ago, I can't eat without getting gas. Bloating, intestinal pain, and tooting up a storm. I take these before full meals, not after (I experienced nausea and projectile vomiting taking them after I finish my food) I can eat anything I want and not be scared I'm gonna blow up like a thanksgiving float. This was doctor recommended. 5 stars! They are a lifesaver, however the price increases will have me looking elsewhere!!! Ridiculous that the price is now $63, hence the 3 star rating. I bought these a few months ago for $38 and even than was higher than previous years! I been using these for years but I will be looking for a replacement!!!!
