Make a Persian Ash by just adding this
Amazing! It makes any green soup taste like Persian Ash, we even add Kale to our ash and it still taste perfect. Totally recommend it to all my Persian friends.

Not authentic mansaf
Do not buy this brand, it tasted awful and not authentic despite I am not from Middle East. I recommend buying Ziyad brand.
