I have the Shark Rocket True Pet HV320w. This roller fit perfectly. Disassembly is tedious and slow but it is worth it to have my vacuum up and running again.

My Shark Deluxe Pro started smelling like the back alley of an old timey barbershop. Anyone who knows that smell never forgets it. I dismantled the vacuum like a paranoid methhead and found the culprit: long hair that had gotten tangled in the sides of the roller, where it meets the plastic casing. My house smelled AWFUL! I managed to use several star bits that ranged from size T10 to T20 to get SO MANY SCREWS OUT, but I got it taken apart. Then I googled the model number and literally nowhere does it say that the UV422 is also the same as any other Shark model number. I took a chance and this part fit perfectly! I have a new vacuum again!
