This bag is the best travel bag I have ever owned, by far. The compartment setup and all the little pockets are just super convenient. I have used this for travel across the Atlantic, and if you pack well, it is enough room there for a week. I just love how smart the placement of the laptop is, in the middle of the bag. Because of the smart size I used it as carry on luggage. So pleasing not to worry about the bagage handlers crushing your belongings... I recommend this bad to anyone who wants the most practical carry on backpack there is. 'It's pricy, for sure, but the build quality seems excellent so I think it will last a long time. So counting dollars per travel, I think it is probably cheap. However, if you are a bit weak, you probably want a bag with wheels, I stuffed mine with 10kg (22 pounds)...

Good bag definitely a one bag travel you definitely need to pack right as it is easy to over pack the bag which does not work as then getting into the pockets is tough especially the back ones. I need to use it again to figure the best set up but took me from US to Europe and then back to the US with no checked bags breezed through security so definitely worth it.

If you're buying this because you saw the video of the terrific bag reviewer who helped design this, know that there are some differences between what's in the video and what arrives. The fabric is PET recycled water bottles (good) but it's not as supple as what's in the video (not good)… It has a much more canvas feel to it than a nylon feel. The zippers do not impress. They are not YKK and they do not have any kind of waterproofing that I can tell. I really don't like the zippers or the zipper pulls. Some of the stitching is a little haphazard. For example, the openings on the front of the shoulder straps where the chest strap is anchored… The one on the left is bigger than the one on the right and it curves a little bit. Maybe it was a Friday when this was stitched? So, it's not the polished product that I was expecting, but it's still a decent bag. I have similar bags by other brands that are more appealing in texture and function. And I think will last longer. But this is an interesting design and it is nice to look at. If that matters to you. I’m a bag nut — this one is the best! Yes, it’s expensive but you definitely get what you pay for here. Everything on this pack is on purpose. A breat through TSA Security and carry-on is not an issue ever! Worth every penny!

This is a an amazing backpack, designed so that there's a spot for all your gear, and then some. If you like your packs to have plenty of pockets and compartments for organization, this is the one for you. There are so many ways you can pack this bag. The compartments aren't like some packs where they design them so something very specific fits in that section and not much else. It's far more versatile than that. When I travel I bring my camera and as I looked at the bag, I found a few different ways I could travel with it. The same as my tablet, there are options. There are so many compartments and ways to organize with this, one could virtually live out of this bag for a couple of days. It's the type of pack that works as well for the traveler as it would for someone camping, and it makes for an amazing college student backpack. One can carry everything with them they could possibly need, and be organized while doing it. But enough about the storage, the build quality is outstanding as well. It's luggage quality, but in a light weight pack design. Zippers are strong and pull smoothly. The seams are well sewn and even loaded up quite heavily, it doesn't seem to put any strain on the bag. The squared off edges give the bag a balances and even shape when carrying it horizontally like luggage (it has handles on the side and top). So many details about this bag have been thought out and well constructed. I'm beyond pleased with it and expect to be using it for many years to come. Also just a note, I did order the Pakt leak proof travel mug to go with this pack and it's a great fit for the large bottle/thermos pocket on the side of the bag. The company put as much thought into their travel mug as they did their bag!
