Better than H2Ocean
Easy to use, very effective and easy to clean piercings. The size of the can has lasted me through several piercings. And it was more affordable than any other similar product!

Helped heal a stubborn pirecing
I got my second holes done in my earlobes and while one healed right up and was fine, the other was stubbornly going weeks of nearly healed back to irritated and inflamed phases. Occasionally I'd get the really inflamed and yes, pus, again. Typical piercing healing things but a family member suggested I try this stuff and it really works! Soothed the irritation on contact when I first got it. Day two the irritation was down pretty well and day three it felt fine! All the swelling and everything was gone. Carried on using it for a whole week just to be sure and took the stud out. Little to no build up of gunk and made it super easy to clean the piercing. 100% recommend using this stuff to help your piercings heal.

Ideal for new piercings
Helped a lot with my nose piercing. It was getting infected pretty regularly prior to me buying this. Worked better than just using salt water and less irritating.

Convenient!
Love this spray and how convenient it was to use on my fresh piercings. It leaves my piercings with that clean feeling and feels like it’s contributing to the healing process. I will say the only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the pump/spray part. Doesn’t mist very well and feels more like a harsh spray leaving you having to push it down multiple times in order to get a good amount out. Have bought multiple products from this brand though and overall love it!

dr piercing
i recommend this for anyone whos trying to heal keloid or need ear care.its better if you use qtip sprsy then apply over ear.you can spray on your ear also which helps with infected ear or healing ear but if you spray everyday it can dry your ear so make sure to do on q tip and clean on area thats pierce

dries and cracks your ear, creates bumps
I don’t normally review, but I purchased this product because it’s “doctor created” or whatever they say, and I thought it was the best of the best. Boy was I wrong, not only did it irritate my cartilage piercing more, it caused a bump on my piercing hole which I was trying to avoid. When applying it the last few times I noticed my ear getting incredibly itchy, and it wasn’t until I applied the spray and it burned until I looked closely and saw that the product dried out the skin on my ear on my piecing hole and below to the point that my skin was cracking and bleeding.I thought this product had “moisturizing ingredients” that were supposed to prevent this, but I guess not. Amazon doesn’t let you return it because the bottle contains gas but I’ll be reaching out to the company and filing a complaint. I’ve attached photos so you can see the bump the spray caused and the dry skin.I’ve been using H2Ocean the last few days and already notice a difference, use H2Ocean instead!

IT WORKS better than the popular brand!!!
Everyone recommends the Steri-Wash brand spray for ear piercing, but I still got a minor piercing infection even after using the popular brand every day twice.. but then I tried this Dr Piercing because the popular one was out of stock and I am so glad I tried this! This brand actually has an anti-biotic ingredient in it apart from the saline solution, and my infection was gone in two days!! It is also easier to spray this product, you can do a more controlled spray to accurately hits the piercing compared to Steriwash.I think this one is actually better at keeping your piercings, clean and sterile. Totally recommend!

Probably works for others but not for me
It just sorta dried out the skin in the area for me. I don't think it made much of a difference tbh.
