The product itself is good.I have no negatives about the product itself.But but but the company is a chor company for sure firstly if we remember they were not providing 2year filter life ,now after native has launched their product they have launched their own version with 2 year filter life ,if you already had the technology why you didn't launch this before. Now coming to my personal experience with companies after sales service after 1 year I bought AMC from them for next 2 year under which every year filter was supposed to be replaced. Which they never did till 1.5year ,being mariner of this 1.5year I was at home for about 4-5months hence I couldn't track their service but when I remembered about this and started looking for AMC and other things I noticed they never replaced filters in my machine. Now when you talk to the company they will say this is not a purifier this is a health machine which effect means if you don't get it replaced from time to time it will stop working ,which In my case didn't happen hence it means that the local person from. Eureka Forbes in Agra was tampering with the filters in some way.After 1.5year I resquested to get my filters replaced, which they did but when this new technician came to replace i asked him and he confirmed that these are indeed the same filters which comes from the company, which means my filters were not replaced in the 1.5 year period.I complained with eureka forbes but no action was taken which means they are on in this scam together with the local technician or they are trying to cover it.If it was for a few bucks it won't be an issue but the filter kot cost is around 4500 rupees and I had lost the same amount in this scam . Now after 2year my AMC was finished 2 day before technician visited my home asking g to renew AMC which I declined and on the day my AMC contract finished this PURIFIER STOPPPED WORKING.Which means this company is deliberately doing it beacuase as soon as I registered my complaint and technician called to check what is the issue he told that must be because of filters. In the end I had to replace this piece of junk with NATIVE RO for which I have high hopes considering the package and cost effectiveness.

The water filter was stylish and looks classy. Coming to water we felt the goodness in taste. Thank you for the product.

Product is good enough, however the major drawback is their aftersales service...in this matter Eureka Forbes is literally a scammer. Buying a branded products with pathetic aftersales service is really a wastage of money...as at the end we have to go to local vendors for servicing. I have bought their AMC plan also even then their technicians are literally not coming for services, calling to their call centers and mailing to them is also wastage of time. Bilkul bhagwan ke sahare chal rhi hai company aisa lag raha hai... Naam bade darshan chote... So product bhale he acha hai per still aapko depending upon your area's water hardness service time to time chahiye he...aur aise may agr aapko company ki service na mile toh aise branded chiz leke k bhi koi fayda ni hai. One more thing, AMC plan ka amount non-refundable hai, esliye agr ek bar aapne payment kar di toh bhool jao jese kisi ko daan may diya ho.. kyunki agr technician ni aa raha hai aur service ni mil rhi hai toh AMC plan ka koi usage ni hai... Inke product ki poor aftersales service ke chalte main 1 star de rhi hu... Kyunki ye sirf ek bar ka ni hai muje ab tak 3 bar service ni mili hai....har bar sirf service request generate karte hain aur technician bhejte ni hain, aur fir request close bhi khud he kar dete hain.

A compact and aesthetic metallic unit

Plastic quality seems to be cheap also the storage is on top so the tap is on the upper side of the filter, if wall mounted its difficult to reach th tap. Also while filling water it makes noise.its an avrage product for the price
