It's been a couple of weeks...
I have been taking this for a couple of weeks now and I have to say although I haven't noticed a jump in my energy or metabolism I have noticed a huge difference in my sleep. It's much sounder and I seem to be entered in to REM and deep sleep longer then before - I know this because I use a sleep app the regulates my breathing at night and records everything. I will continue to take this, I don't think that I have seen any loss of fat not due to the product but because I am currently having some other issues that my PCM and I are working on getting fixed. But I have very little doubt that when the health issues are fixed and I start working out again as hard as I was before I will start losing the fat. I am eating less since starting this, and I don't feel like I am starving either.
