Wizard of Oz Halloween Sensations Dorothy Costume (75th Anniversary Edition)

I ordered this costume for my daughter because she was playing Dorothy in her school play. She was absolutely beside herself when she put it on. The fit was as expected and the material was a little shiny. She didn't have any complaints of it being uncomfortable. We paired it with white leggings from children's place and red glittery shoes from amazon. It helped create a great memory for my family so it served its purpose and then some.

Its a bit short as the description warns you. Its not crazy short, as my daughter is very long legged and tall. We are going to have her wear tights but it looks like its good material and fits great and its comfotable. She really likes it and it comes with bows. We are pretty satisfied.

I purchased this from Amazon because I wasn't able to find a Dorothy costume for my preschooler at any local store that didn't look like a barmaid outfit! This seems to be a nice and quality costume. The material appears durable and is not super scratchy. I had originally bought this in a small for my 5yo, but the neck and waist were too tight so we returned it for the medium which fits great and gives her a chance to continue to use it as a dress-up costume once Halloween is over. Would recommend!

I ordered a small the first time and it was way too short for my 6 year old granddaughter. Medium fit her way better. A little loose on top but the length was perfect. Well made and looks adorable on. I gave it 4 stars because hair bows were supposed to be included. That was a quick fix at the fabric store, not a big deal.

My daughter loves the fit of this costume and had enough room to easily layer warm tights and a long sleeve shirt under it for a chilly Halloween evening. If you’re looking for a tighter fit, size down. It was quite wrinkly when it arrived but fared well in the dryer on a wrinkle free setting. It held up well on Halloween and even a few months after.

Neck Velcro didn't hold up past 15 minutes, so I had to safety pin it together. It also hung a little strange as well. The buttons feel off within an hour and I had to tack it back on. Fabric also started fraying after the first wear. It's quite disappointing when you are paying so much for a name brand costume for it to disintegrate immediately. It also runs large. My daughter is a US size 7 (age 6), so I bought a medium and it was definitely too big.

Great costume, very good quality. One review said no buttons? Ours came with buttons & just as pictured. My daughter is 5 and 45" tall- we ordered her a Medium and it fits very well. The dress is longer on her than the picture.

Our daughter was so delighted when it came in the mail that she had to try it on right away. It is darling and fit as expected, just a little loose so we can put long johns on underneath so she won't get cold outside trick or treating.
