The kids had great fun making giant bubbles with these. I've had to purchase more bubble mixture as the ones that come with it are only small and don't last long. We had so much fun using the giant bubbles, my granddaughter who is 8 loved it, we have had giant bubble wands before but they have never lived up to their name, these certainly do and the bubbles are enormous, its best if you wave the wand around, or turn round and round as blowing the bubbles will create smaller one, although these are still big compared to the tiny pots you buy in the shop. If you catch the bubbles then you can create more without using the solution. The only downside I can think of is the solution doesn't last long at all, I would say we got 4 refills out of it and used it all in the same day, well it took around 45 mins to use it all but that was us constantly using it. I will have to buy a stack of solution before the summer ends!

This is even my first time with such a giant bubble making toy and it was so much fun! The bubbles are huge and floaty, just as pictured. The solution you receive with the wand is amazing stuff, nice and thick and allows for long, large bubbles. You can run with the wand and produce lots of big bubbles and 'tunnels', my daughter loved it! The only problem is that the small bottle of solution that comes with it is gone within 10 minutes and there's no way of buying any more. We purchased a large 1.8L bottle marked up as exactly the same stuff but it's a watered down substitute that works completely differently. You can make 1 bubble from it before it pops. No more amazing bubble tunnels or sky full of massive bubbles. Very disappointing :(

Works brilliantly. My 3 Yr old can do it independently. It does go through bubble mixture ridiculously fast though! The bottle that came with lasted about 1 1/2 hours. I have use 2 generic bubble mixture brands with it since and both worked. Makes bubbles about the size of a basketball. Can make a long snake of bubble but it will pop, not float away as a tube because I think that would defy physics. Still fun though.

Fantastic fun. Kept the kids and us adults entertained for ages. Can get a bit messyas the tray for the bubble mixture is quite shallow so the younger kids overfilled it. Better to have an adult supervising the use of the mixture to avoid wasting it. The bubbles were more of a tubular shape as opposed to a giant circle. The bubbles pop very quickly when in the air without any disturbance which was disappointing. A bit expensive but cheaper options weren't as good.
