Many 6.0L Powerstroke oil cooler replacements are completely unnecessary. Our easy-to-use flush tool kit can save you a substantial amount of time and money by allowing the existing cooler to be back-flushed on the vehicle as an alternative to costly and labor intensive part replacement. Over time, the tiny cooling passages in the oil cooler become restricted due to leftover casting sand in the engine block and poor cooling system maintenance. The traditional solution is oil cooler replacement. With our kit, the oil cooler can be back-flushed in less than an hour. By directing water flow in the opposite direction of normal travel, contaminants are dislodged and, in most cases, the cooler is returned to like-new effectiveness. When compared to other alternatives, our kit has several unique advantages: 1. Removal of the factory cooling manifold (which routes coolant from the oil cooler into the EGR cooler) is not required. When disturbed, the quick-connect hose between the oil cooler and the EGR cooler will often begin leaking, resulting in a come-back. Our tool does not require tampering with this connection, averting much frustration. 2. Equally effective on trucks equipped with the factory EGR cooler, or on those previously equipped with an EGR delete kit for off-road use. 3. Blocks flow into the EGR cooler while the flush adapter is in use so that 100% of the water force is directed through the cooler for maximum cleaning effectiveness. 4. Significantly lower cost than other alternatives. 5. Can be re-used over and over again - the vehicle is not altered, and there is no need for any part of the tool to remain on the vehicle. Amazing tool. And saved me $1000s
Cleaned out my oil cooler better then I had hoped. I had a delta if 20 degrees before flush. After flushing and filling with rotella elc it’s a steady 5 degrees. It’s great little tool saved me $1000s on not have to change a oil cooler that I don’t to do. 👍

You need this if you have elevated temp delta
Hell of a product. I was actually fairly skeptical that this would work, but was desperate enough to try anything to get my temp delta down. I was running ECT at 184-196°F while my EOT WAS 226-230°F on flat ground cruise controled at 55mph.After flushing my oil cooler (while still installed in pickup) there was about a tablespoon or two of sandy looking material at the bottom of the catch pan.I then buttoned things back up, drove the truck for two hours. EOT never exceeded 208F and delta never exceeded 19°F. Average delta of 12°F over the course of the drive.My only gripe with the process is the difficulty of install and removal of the product. That is more a ford issue though as it is very difficult to install due to location, not by any fault of the actual product.Highly reccomend for those with 6.0s that have high deltas.

Great product
Previously had Delta's of over °20 degrees after using this back flush kit I am now back to less then °10 Delta's. Parts work phenomenal and it shipped fast then expected!

Worked great. Dropped my oil cooler temp split when towing from 20-22 split down to 12-14 split. Straight forward to use. Amazed at how much gunk came out.
