Very effective lactase enzyme supplement. I get a substantial reaction from drinking protein shakes with milk (so double whammy), and this (I take 3 tablets in this case) completely resolved the issue, no reaction at all, as if I simply drank water. It’s very easy to consume as the pills are small, and work within minutes. I’ve even had luck taking them retroactively a few times. There are no noticeable flaws, I Highly recommend.

I've been purchasing KAL's Lactase Enzyme locally for severally years at a higher price. I am thrilled to find it here at a better price point, and with delivery! This saves me time and money.The product itself is the most reliable of the many lactose intolerance supplements I have tried over the years. I am very sensitive and have found that lactose is often used in unexpected places (ex. in many medications, and keeping salad bars looking fresh). This supplement lets me navigate a restaraunt menu without fear.I do add an extra dose before a very dairy rich meal, however, this is something I wouldn't attempt more than once on the other supplements I had tried.Yes there are cheaper products out there, but in my opinion this is the most effecacious.

Okay, not completely, but this is the first actual "take two in the morning and not worry about it all day" lactose medicine I've found. I've tried just about everything and generally I'm always disappointed.Obviously we are all different and no one thing works for every person, but for $10 you owe yourself a go at this product if you have problems digesting dairy. I always had to load up on Lactaid, or rather it's generic, any time I wanted pizza or almost any kind of fast food I enjoy. I can't tell you how many times I ran out of it in my car and forgot to bring it with me, no Chipotle today, ugh! Often I never got the dose right and still ended up with cramps and bloating. NO MORE! Now I can chow down pizza and cheese and pretty much as much dairy as I want all day.If I'm drinking a straight huge glass of milk I do still have to supplement some Lactaid in there, but I don't do that often so it is not an issue. I can now have a small glass of milk with my cookies and even cereal without having to buy the more expensive and not as good tasting milk. If this company ever goes out of business I will probably cry myself to sleep for a week straight. I saw one review complain that it has less actual lactase in it that other medications, and I don't know what else they put in this stuff, but it works so well for me I don't really care. It is not the placebo affect either cause I've tried everything always hoping for the best but this is the first product to not disappoint me.Again, I cannot gush enough about how well this worked for me, and would recommend it to strangers on the subway if I wasn't such an introvert. It's worth it people!

I have terrible cramps, and can be ill for several days when I consume milk products without supplementing with lactase. So I take this supplementation very seriously. This is hands down the best product I have ever found, and I have tried close to all of them over the years. I take two pills in the morning, and I am good to go all day long. How or why, I do not know. It seems you would have to take more each time you eat a milk product. That is what I always had to do in the past. But for some strange reason, I do not seem to need it with this product. That makes me very, very happy. I can now eat my beloved cheeses, indulge in yoghurt, and cottage cheese, and eat pizza. Kal Lactase may be too good, as my newfound culinary freedom has definitely blown my diet! Now if only there was a pill that augmented dietary self-control!
