Jetted Tub Cleaner by InstaNew - 16 ounces, Jacuzzi and Bath Tub Jet System Cleaner - Includes Microfiber Cloth

Ok this stuff worked very well. I have a jet tub that hasn’t been used in a long time, so I’ve run SEVERAL treatments through. This is my 3rd run through and I was honestly shocked at what all came out this round. So I used “Oh Yuk” the first 2 rounds. It did well, but after running a tub of clear water to see how it looked, there was still some gunk left in the jets. Gross. So I thought, maybe something else. This came with good reviews. I wiped the sides clean, but they were disgusting with what all bubbles up to the top. I should have left them for a picture. I didn’t think to do so. I got a bottom of the tub residue picture but it doesn’t do justice to what came out. Hopefully this was the last treatment, but we shall see.

I don't really have anything to compare this to except other reviews and picture/videos others posted. We definitely didn't have as much "junk" come to the water surface as many of the reviews I saw but maybe ours wasn't as dirty as others (we just bought the house so don't know how much the tub was used previously). I dumped the recommended amount in the tub, then ran the jets for about 15-20 minutes, let the water sit for about 15 minutes, then ran the jets again for 15-20 minutes. I ran the jets a total of about 4 times with the 15 minutes in between. Some stuff did come to the water surface, and the more I ran the jets, the more that came out. Once I drained the water, it was fairly easy to wipe the rest of the residue out with the included microfiber cloth (cloth was fantastic). Because jetted tubs use so much water, my plan in the future is to use the cleaner after I've used the tub so I'm not filling the tub just to run a cleaning cycle.

Sooooooo I may or may not have forgotten it on for about 1.5-2 hrs :O (oops)All of this GUNK........ Gross.Despite only having about 3 uses, it's cheap enough to buy more of. I use my tub pretty much every day. With oils, scrubs, soaps, bath bombs, Epsom salt, you name it! So I'd like to do this 'deep cleaning' at least once a month if not more. And I say 'deep cleaning' is bc I'm just hoping it's actually cleaning my tub. (bc Idk how this actually works! I'm a 'gotta see it to believe it' person)But if THAT is what comes out of my tub.... I'm TOTALLY doing this once a month or even each week!!!!Its nice that they include a microfiber cloth!

We hadn't cleaned the Jacuzzi in a long time because we tried other products and still got pieces of black crud coming out of the jets. Then I found this product, and followed the directions (except that I ran the motor for 20 minutes instead of 15). The amount of crap that came out was horrifying, but after I cleaned that all up from around the tub, I did an immediate clean water test run. Amazing. Only a couple of tiny specs came out of the jets and the water was crystal clear. This product did what they said it would.

We moved into a new apartment with a jetted tub that had not been used, or cleaned, by the previous tenants (who were here for 3 years). I tried the bleach and dishwashing detergent method, but feared that it was leaving behind a lot of gunk and mildew. This product took care of it all! On the first cleaning I was amazed (and disgusted) by all the black moldy debris coming out of the jets. I had to do multiple cleanings, and use one entire bottle, but by the end what was coming out of the tub was clean and clear water. Not only that, but after four cleanings the jacuzzi runs quieter and better. I will ONLY use this product in the future!

I used it on our jetted tub, after running the 15 minutes, I stopped and let it set then ran it again. I thought I would see mineral deposits but I didn't. It did make an oily green film which had to be washed off the tub. I will try it on our walk in tub in a few months.

We bought a new home and wanted to clean jets before using jacuzzi tub (they must have NEVER cleaned it).Used 3 times, the first use the water was BLACK, got lighter after each use. Fresh scent.

This cleaned more crud out of the hot tub than I have ever seen! Love that after cleaning, we ran it thru a second time just to maximize the cleaning as this was a new house, first time use etc. I feel confident that we CLEANED our jetted tub.
