These were super cute. They are on the small side. I got them for a 6th birthday party and they were about the right size for that age or under, but definitely way too small for older kids or adults. You do have to assemble them yourself, but its basically tucking a flap through a slot. We taped them to be sure they'd stay. They even had a sticky dot to attach the pom pom at the top.

I purchased these for my dog's birthday party. They were easy to assemble but the crease didn't stay down so you could see the crease opening of the hat. I also had to use tape to tape down the string or else it would come off.

Keep in mind these come unassembled - you will need to completely put them together, elastic strings and all.I was extremely happy with these! My only reason for the 4 stars is it was a strange amount (11) and there were two crowns. Luckily the birthday boy was ok with having 2 people wear crowns.

These are not for adult size heads. The only way to fit them on my gigantic noggin was to put them going from behind.If you have a shrunken head or your under the age of like 10 these should fit you. Other wise get bigger hats.

This product is a joke. The gates are so small they will fit on my granddaughters doll, not in the four year old. I actually purchased them because they said adult party hats.Then for the DYI put together. 15 minutes and I have two hats fold over, I can’t get the bands untied, no directions for the little balls on top. The package says there are two crowns. Well I thought I had to put the two pieces together (I thought I was making a hat for an adult). I put them together and thought, it’s kind of small but it will do. It was the first thing I tried. I go to look for the other two pieces to make the second crown and they aren’t there. I didn’t realize that the two pieces are used to make one crown we’re actually supposed to make two crowns. It was ridiculously small. This is a total waste of money even at the cheap price.

All kids and parents loooved them. They look great. Assembly is simple but a bit time consuming. Plan ahead! Able to use them for babies to 12 year olds.

These hats are tiny and time consuming to put together. Would not recommend.

Assembly required!! Not sure if I missed that in the description, but I was definitely up at 1:00 am the night before my son's second birthday putting these together. Also, they are super small! Not your typical size party size hat! But definitely cute!!
