Delicious, desirable, extremely healthy and convenient...
Taste great, great texture, love the healthy ingredients and a reasonable value for the money. It has a few different types of beans and I believe some cayenne pepper which gives it a little kick, but I can handle it! Cayenne pepper enhances your metabolic rate. Always be aware of sodium content in case that is a sensitivity for you.I bought a number of cans and I am very happy with this product and recommended highly.

Lentil soup
If you like lentils this is the best soup. Hands down has the best flavor.

Chili
It’s not a bad soup, but it had a lot of cumin and was a bit spicy, and tasted chili. I was expecting (and in the mood for) something more neutral like a regular lentil soup with an onion/celery/carrot base. Already had fresh baked French bread and butter and a spring salad ready to eat with it. This soup would’ve gone much better with cheddar on top, tortilla chips and a different type side salad. As I said, it’s not a bad soup, but if I am in the mood for chilli, then I might as well buy vegetarian chilli.

Good healthy, hearty soup.
This is a really good healthy but rich soup. I add a Little dash of sour cream and it almost tastes like chili. Great product.

Lentil soup
It’s good but shouldn’t be called “vegetable lentil” soup. It’s lentil soup with som corn in it.Easy to heat up. A bit pricey really.

Note On Taste
The soup, presented in a copper pot on the stove in photo, exemplifies the robustness of this superb dish. The product was obviously in a tomato base, which was hearty and tasty, but anticipated to be mild flavor. This soup had a spicy kick from roasted red peppers and chili ingredients, which I had not read on the label prior to purchasing.
