Interesting unique flavor!
It’s a mix of coffee and chicory. It has a nice flavor definitely different from plain chicory or plain coffee. I like plain coffee and plain chicory. So it’s nice to have a mix of both, with a slight different flavor once in a while. And it’s instant so easy to prepare!

if you love chicory coffee
What's not to love. This is a great instant chicory coffee. If you are a coffee snob and want pure coffee move on. for those that have had chicory coffee overseas then you will love this. It tastes very much like the South African version of Ricoffy. The texture of the granules is very different. However, this is still very tasty. Price is little on the high side, but I guess you pay for the import.overall, very yummy and a must if you like chicory.

I love Ricoré - Pricy purchase
I grew up drinking Ricoré. It is one of the flavors from my youth. I still love it. It tastes wonderful with only half the caffeine of coffee. The only problem ordering it is that it is so much more expensive than buying it at the store in my native country across the ocean.

Delicious -- Reminds me of my time in Nice, France
I enjoyed this while at the Abbey Sainte-Marie de la Paix at Castagniers in Nice, France -- made for me by the Mother Superior. I didn't think anything could be more wonderful. I was so happy to see that I could buy this lovely brew from Amazon and it takes me right back to when I was there.

Need a real helpful review on this coffee?
This has to be a real hidden gem of the coffee world. This is perfect for those who like black coffee with a little fiber. The coffee is unaffected by the chicory in it. I highly recommend this and is used highly at office and family trusted so far. Friends think it is just coffee from a boutique shop but very available on Amazon. No issues so far and have been a user for over a year.

820 mg magnesium sulfate
I have consumef Indian Instant coffee with chicory, Bru and Tata brands. They do not list magnesium sulfate as an ingredient. I wonder why the French add this chemical to their drink?
