Review
The smell is too strong. It will make the rodents go away. Its better to spray this outside around your house. Unfortunately you still need to use a mice or rat trap for those rodents that are inside your house. I tried to spray this inside of our house but it only gives me headache. The mice didn't show up for a couple of days but as soon as the smell fades, mice came back again.

fails to keep away any rodents
even after multiple applications a variety of rodents and small animals still come into my home. I sprayed in and around my home. at all known entrances and a perimeter spray of 3ft from the base of the outside walls.

Doesn't appear to do anything...except burn plants
No matter what the manufacturer claims, this stuff does indeed "burn" certain plants. I was having problems with rats chewing branches off junipers, so I tried this stuff. Within a week, they turned brown, while junipers that had not been sprayed were fine. I have not sprayed again and the plants seem to be hanging in there, though very thinned out from all the dead foliage. These were prized bonsai, some in training for 25 years and this probably set back their development for years. I'm an unhappy enough customer that I made a point of coming back to leave this review as a warning to others. Don't use this stuff on any plants you value! On top of that, I can honestly say I saw no improvement in other areas. After cleaning off and spraying down a potting bench, I found just as many rat turds as ever. Pretty poor performance for something that cost over $100 a gallon!
