Excellent Quality/Easy to Assemble
This product is solid and quite heavy, so when it arrived I feared that it might be difficult to assemble. It was actually quite easy. Took me about half an hour - without any help. I love the mesh seat. It breathes. The ergonomics are kind to my back. (I have lower back issues.) The chair rolls very smoothly and silently. I've been using it for 2 weeks now. Still happy with it.

Not very comfortable and not as big as advertised
Not very comfortable and not as big as advertised, def is for a small or average sized person at best. Very quality it seems on the build thoI ordered 2 of these chairs, the first one was damaged you could tell it happened after they put padding around it, something crushed a spot and left huge scratches. I ordered a 2nd one and it had similar but not as big of scratches, however I was out of town for 3 weeks and by the time I got help to put it together, the return policy ran out by one day and I can't return or get a refund

Fantastic Chair
I had my doubts based on price. A little background: I have a Ergo human 1000$ chair and this one is at least its equal. In some ways its much more comfortable. Its built strong and even though the base is plastic it is stout. The is easily the best chair for the price. It is missing a head rest but it does have superior lumbar support.

Nice look, good fit, economical
I'm enjoying this chair and feel good about the purchase. I looked at chairs that were a lot more expensive, but went with this, and I'm glad. The installation took 20-30 minutes. Like others, I ran across the problem of figuring out how to align the seat with the backing (not clear which side you use). Since I wasn't sure about that and my overall construction, I called the seller. It was great to get someone on the phone (Don). Was assured that I installed the chair correctly and gave my feedback about the confusion regarding the seat.

Lack of adjustments doesn't justify the price
I would have bought an Aeron chair, but didn't want to wait a couple of weeks and pay over $900.I upgraded the wheels, which was well worth it. It rolls on tile real nice.I like the color, as it matches the décor. The entire chair is painted plastic, including the base. Some finish blemishes. And it will scratch and peel easy.Because of the plastic base, there is some lateral flex when you are sitting on it.Beware, the arm-rests don't have adjustable height, you can pivot them out of the way, but no up/down adjustment. So when typing, my elbows are floating over the arm rests overan inch. I swing them out of the way since it bothers me that I can't rest my elbows when typing. I have my elbows at a perfect 90 degree angle when typing on the keyboard (motorized height adjustable stand/sit desk). I may try to take the armrests apart and make some 1.5" tall spacers. For almost half the price, I should have gotten the Eurotech DFT9800 and lived with a black chair.

Arrived broken and broke further after a week of use
The chair arrived with all of the parts in the box but the parts were not individually packaged. The end of the tilt lever was broken off - and the broken pieces were not in the box. Clearly this chair was previously returned and resold without repair or packaging! I don't use the tilt lever much and decided to use the chair anyway. After a week the base broke and an castor fell off.

Good quality chair
Good quality chair. Strong lumbar support that moves and stays in contact with you as you lean back. Good waterfall for back of legs that eases pressure. A bit narrower than I expected and could be a couple inches wider, but still very comfortable. Assembly pictures were not very good, but it was easy to put together.

Not comfortable
This to be honest feels like a $100 office chair. The mesh has to much give for me and I find i sink down to the metal frame. The arm rests are just molded plastic and a little to narrow. The foot rest ring at the base is un-needed, the chair just sits to low for it to be useful. With that my chair doesn't even adjust in height.
