Perfect for making subway sandwiches
I bought these to make hoagie rolls. After receiving the recipe for Italian hoagie rolls, I bought these. They are perfect for my rolls. They are uniformly shaped and baked to perfection. They don't get too dark as the forms are light colored. Love these!

Baguette pans
They make a nice baguette, but they are fairly flimsy. I ended up doubling them up to make them sturdy enough to hold the dough. Compared to almost $40 for a single pan from a different manufacturer, this is good value even if you have to double them up.Probably wouldn’t buy again but I expect these to last for a long time. I didn’t experience any of the flaking off of the finish like other reviewers did, so far. They cleaned easily due to the coating and cooled off quickly once out of the oven. Bread was evenly browned.

Bakers’ must Have
With or without liner, my baguettes came out perfect, good quality material, light, easy to clean/store, very reasonable price: 2 for the price of one, Im glad I bought these; I highly recommend these for those serious and starters.

Baking pans working just fine
I’ve seen a few folks post that the colors were leaching off onto their baked loaves. So far none seen. It seems to be working just fine. I’ve made a few loaves and they look and tasted just delicious. But I do recommend that you don’t scrub them with lots of elbow grease either. If it comes off clean just using a damp cloth will suffice in cleaning them.

Economical, no burnt fingers!
Simple, economical baguette pans are easy to handle in and out of ordinary household oven quickly. I can bake 8 baguettes (250g-300g dough each) on the same rack. Easy clean. Unbeleiveably fast delivery…I mean, I ordered them just moments before I pulled the starter out if the fridge and the pans were on the porch almost in time for proofing loaves.

Works great
Does everything it says it does. It is just the finishing touch for bread but it makes such a difference. I love this! However be careful this is sharp as one might guess and I have already gashed myself blood everywhere.

The nonstick coating stuck to baguettes
The media could not be loaded. I expected this pan to perform at least as well as my previous ones, which lasted about three years before any sticking issues appeared. Unfortunately, after using this pan fewer than five times, my baguettes began to stick, and in some cases, the coating even peeled off onto the bread. It's disappointing to see this level of wear and tear so quickly. Definitely not the quality I was hoping for.
