Crepes turn out like a professional chef
Glad it is manufactured with safe materials unlike other "teflon-like" products out there. It cooks with almost no oil, doesn't stick. Only slight criticism would be the handle is excessively long - but it does detach for storage purposes. Makes cooking french crepes perfect. Very good purchase.
