I use this on water line and it stays on pretty well. I first apply little translucent power to dry area , then apply and smudge a little, then follow up with a little eyeshadow of same color. I do this with all under eye liners and it works for quite awhile. For upper eye, just go over with little eyeshadow.

This eyeliner goes on smoothly & stays on the entire day & night. It's also easy to remove a "mistake" while applying without disturbing the remaining eyeliner & is easy to "blur" if you prefer to. The self-sharpening point is a real advantage which prevents keeping a pencil sharpener around (especially when traveling). It produces the same effect as my $24 eyeliner, so I highly recommend it.

I was looking for a smudge proof eyeliner, and looked for a low price, good quality pencil. I found it! It was great looking, no smudging whtsoever after a long workout at the gym (I sweat a lot!) and during a 12 hrs flight. I got to say- this is your go to eyeliner. Enjoy
