Fish wasn't fresh
The fish arrived cold and put straight into the fridge. Upon opening the packed a few hours later, I noted that the fish eyes were cloudy and it had a strong fishy smell. A sign of fish that is not fresh. Very disappointing

Small and full of bones
This sea bass was probably the worst I have ever had. Two small, bony and flavourless fish at a premium price. Avoid.

Not de-scaled, only gutted
Product description says this is scaled and gutted, it is indeed gutted but literally also SCALED (not "de-scaled"). Can't say this is technically wrong description, is it? But definitely annoying, as I have to spend considerable time to DE-scale it and cleaning up the mess...Though the fish is OK to eat, but I would look elsewhere to buy a properly DE-scaled fish.
