I was initially hesitant because we all know not all mixes can make a decent-tasting fruit punch mix. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. Not overpowering and had no unpleasant lingering aftertaste. I used it in 12 ounces of water. Although I have only had a few doses, I feel a slight difference in my recovery time.
