Cheap cardboard and not metal
It's made of cheap cardboard and painted to look like metal. Will get soaked and damaged in rain. Some people do anything for a few pennies.

Very nice, looks like steel finish but lightweight and can easily hang it anywhere. Also, having both sides for Hindi and English. Good indication for guests and new people.
