Digital Picture Frame 7-Inches by EMOKILI Digital Photo Frame 1024X600 Resolution with 720P Video Play

I haven't had the digital frame long, but at this point I am very pleased. Pictures are clean and crisp and there are several options that are part of the package. After loading pictures to the digital frame, I found an option to zoom each picture and allow the viewer to pull in faces and lose some of the background. Exactly what I wanted when focusing on gorgeous baby faces; however, I discovered the zoom option did not save. EMOKiLi had sent an email to confirm whether I liked my new purchase and I responded I loved the frame and questioned how I could save the zoom for future views since I wasn't able to find the process in the instructions. EMOKiLi replied the save option had NOT been created, but upon my receiving my 'wish list' would incorporate the zoom 'save' feature. To my surprise they did just that and a download was added to their website. I have successfully updated the frame and have zoomed hundreds of pictures. I have never experienced this type of customer support in any purchase I have made in the past. I plan on ordering more digital frames as Christmas gifts this season. As a footnote, I would be interested in a 10" or 12" frame.

still trying to figure out how to get the videos to play..pics play ok.cant get the motion detection "on" setting to work.sound is nice.unit plays may pic formatsnice to watch ...just need time to go into settings.and set the video play .other than that.. the pictures that are high resolution are nice to watch.i enjoy watching it every day.i try to put more content from my computer pictures onto the flash drive to mix up things..so i dont watch the same stuff.. but i guess ill stop doing that..cause it's a pic frame. lol

Very old technology, cannot handle photos if all are photos are not in the same direction, if all you want to do is upload all photoslandscape style it might work, but pretty pricey since thats all it does. cant delete, rotate, even if you correct the direction on your computer itwont display the photos in the direction. It was too late for me to return.

This is an excellent picture frame designed by a software engineer and it shows. It is simple to use and intuitive, high quality, great images. It is the only picture frame that plays all MP4 videos without issues that I provided. Others I bought at AMAZON were cheaper but when playing videos and photos would keep showing UNSUPPORTED file formats even though on AMAZON web-site they said they did support MP$ or MPEG formats. This one works and pictures and videos play easily without issues. It also comes with free 4GB SDHC card. I have bought 2 for gifts for my relatives and will be buying another one as a gift later on. Pay a little bit more but invest in this high quality item!!!

The instructions that arrive with the product are incomplete, vague and difficult to find the information you need. Perhaps some people can make it work. I was struggling with and with incomplete instructions it was hunt and peck. Too bad the Tech Support guys are great and want to help, The display is great as well. Too much struggle for me.
