Pros: Carrying case, various attachments and special features eg. LED battery charge indicator spotlight.Cons: Terribly under-powered - does not pick up well. After a fer months, started making a screeching noise when turned on. The spotlight would be a big plus IF it pointed to the work surface. Instead, it shines back into your eyes! I had to attach a small mirror behind the light - angled to reflect the light forward, but it was hard to keep in place, and I finally gave up trying. Later I purchased the Black & Decker model. It did not have the special add-ons (which would have been nice), all it did was do a good job of picking up dirt with its much more powerful motor. Despite the lack of "bells and whistles," I greatly prefer this one for getting the job done.

This is a pricey hand vacuum to begin with, so I would have expected it to be a better product. I limped along with it for 2.5 years before I'd had enough. After month 7, it started having intermittent issues. Like, small pieces of dirt, hair, fuzz - anything that you would use a hand vac for - would fly out of the side vents and all over the floor as you're vacuuming them up. Really, the opposite of what you're trying to accomplish. Then as of a couple weeks ago, the battery lasts about a quarter of the time that it used to. I don't recommend it.

Hello, the presentation of the vaccum was nice. The attachments are good and the the bag it came in was nice. However less than a year later we have given up on it. The battery indicator is worthless and always full. As it loses battery power it loses suction. It won't recharge unless the battery is completely drained leaving us to sit there and let it drain when it gets too weak to pick anything up, then plugging it in when it finally dies completely. Usually only get a few minutes of "good" performance from this unit before we start the cycle all over again. Even at its best it was still only half as good as our prior shark handheld.

Thought that the problem was the adapter but the vacuum never fully charged and had terrible suction. Unfortunately when we bought it, the cost was $59.99. There is no way to contact the seller, get it repaired or return it. I have had terrible experiences with sellers out of China. If the instructions and description are obviously written by people who struggle with the English language, stay away!

This vacuum has been rarely used since we purchased it in late 2017. It initially would hold a charge, but the suction was average at best. It's been used less than a dozen times in two years, and will no longer hold a charge. We've left it unplugged while not in use, only plugging it in when needing to charge it up. Typically, a battery will perform best this way, as opposed to leaving it continuously on the charger. Either way, it's unusable now and destined for the scrap pile.

So far, fairly new, this vacuum is working well but I'm really confused why it does not come with a wall mount. My Black & Decker cordless vacuum always came with a wall mount and charger so it was easy to place it on the wall in my work station and save space on a floor or table. I would give this product 5 stars and paid more but disappointed about no thought process by the seller about a wall mount. If this breaks down for some reason I probably would buy another vacuum with a wall mount.

I purchased this vacuum for cleaning the inside of my new sports car. The car is driven very little, but as a small vehicle, I needed something that was small enough to get into the tight spaces. This seemed to fit the bill. This vacuum has not be used more than 5 times and now will not hold a charge.

The battery never worked the vacuum more than 7 minutes. This meant I could only use it for picking up what I had swept. Not happy with the product. I just lived with the problem until I had to start cleaning myself. Not a good product and no way to replace the battery.
