I put these on my sorrel boots because I hate dealing with laces every time I go out (5x a day) and man they work great. I will be purchasing these for my tennis shoes too!

I had hoped these would make it easier to just slip on my sneakers then slip them off, but these zipper things will not stay in place for me to zip up , the holes don't like up on any of shoes. Great idea, just poorly executed.

I couldn’t get a hang of these, but my main issue was not starting with extra-long shoelaces. You cannot add them into a pair of shoes using the original shoelaces - they must be longer. They also may work better for shoes with more eyelets, not just 4. I love the idea and will hold onto them in hopes they work better with a future pair of shoes.

Good product. My only complaint is it would be nice to have a loop at the bottom of the zipper for the shoe string to hold it from slipping up.

Other lace replacements still have required me to be able to bend down to the laces at some point to fasten them. But with 20 screws in my back and end stage arthritis in my hips, that's not really something I can do. I made my own zipper hook by screwing in a small cup hook into the end of a dowel. It's cheap and easy and pulls up zippers on most of my boots without needing me to bend down. As other's photos have shown, you don't have to lace these the same as the listing photo for them to work. The zipper pull has a nice big cutout that fits my zipper puller hook just great. It's nice to be able to wear more of my shoes!I just wish there were more colors to choose from.

Zipper keeps going down all the time with my kid when he has it on his shoes. I bought it so my 7 year old doesn’t struggle with tying his shoelaces. But it’s not worth it. Zipper keeps going down

I wear heavy-duty industrial fabrication boots with Technora (non-flammable cord) for laces. The laces tend to bind up against the leather lace holes that are not grommeted under the foot shield. I installed these in the hopes of cutting down the 5 minutes it normally takes me to get my boots off down to a more reasonable 1-2 minutes. These zippers did the trick! I just installed them, so I can't speak to their durability, but I'm very happy with how they're currently working.

Took a chance despite reviews hoping I could make this work because this could be a great solution for disabled son and mother. Unfortunately, he had a very hard time holding the two parts together to zip it up and when he came home the zip was halfway down as it doesn't lock in place. A good idea that doesn't work with this product.
