Seems to be quite solid, screws longer than needed.
The metal looks to be thick enough to not bend easily. The screws are a little bit longer than needed and you can’t thread them all the way in and the clips end up being a little bit loose. I would recommend to use a washer or buy other shorter screws. Don’t force these screws, you can damage the tool’s thread.4 stars from 5 because of the screws.

Need adjustment to fit over battery.
These do not fit unless you change the shape of the bracket to fit around the battery. May fit a 2.0ah battery but my 3.0 and 5.0 ah are a bit fatter. A pair of pliers and a screwdriver does the job.

perfect for the job
I recently bought a DeWalt Impact driver but was disappointed to find no belt clip was supplied with it. After finding the item on the DeWalt website and thinking how overly expensive they were I did a search and found these. At less than half of the price of one DeWalt clip I now have six! Terrific value for money and hard to see how there's a better deal anywhere.
